Join us for a delicious evening of community, local flavor, and purpose.
Slow Food Portland’s summer fundraiser returns to the beautiful l’Orto Nostrano, the kitchen garden of celebrated Portland restaurant Nostrana. Nestled just off the street but a world away, this hidden urban oasis sets the stage for a relaxed and lively evening of wine tasting, seasonal bites, and shared values.
Inspired by our recent June Convivium on hunger in Oregon, our community is energized to take action. Proceeds from this event will support efforts to address food insecurity across Oregon, helping nourish those most impacted by rising food costs and systemic barriers.
Taste wines from some of the region’s most beloved wineries, paired with small plates from Chef Cathy Whims and the Nostrana team, featuring peak-season ingredients some harvested just steps from your table in the garden itself.
Your ticket includes:
Wine tastings from five regional wineries
Garden-inspired appetizers and snacks
Participate in our Wine Wall – $25 per pull for a surprise bottle, or our Wine Raffle – $25 per ticket for a chance to win a curated case featuring bottles from participating wineries. (Must be present to win)
