Come enjoy the summer bounty with Slow Food Portland and Lane Selman from the Culinary Breeding Network.
Lane will lead a pepper and tomato tasting at Seastar bakery to celebrate the special varieties grown in Oregon.
The evening will include a short talk by Lane explaining breeding and seeds. Guests will, then, be able to taste and rate the varieties while enjoying pizza using the ingredients of the season.
There will be beer and wine for sale as well!
