A *free* informational event for the interested public to hear directly from farmers and chefs about pastured meat - where to find it, what makes it different, why raise it or eat it, why is it so hard to find, is it worth the money. For our poultry topic in September, farmers from Marion Acres Farm and restauranteurs from Grand Central Bakery will be joining us, along with a butcher/meat monger.
Lagunitas beer and pastured pork hand pies will be available for purchase. Under 21 ok. This is a Friends of Family Farmers program supporting the Oregon Pasture Network.
