Negroni Week September 22nd -28th

Can we change the world through food and beverages?Slow Food USAbelieves we can. Since 2022, Slow Food has been the official global giving partner of Negroni Week, an initiative presented by Imbibe and Campari that raises funds for projects rooted in equity, justice, and sustainability in the food and beverage industry. This year’s fund will support education scholarships, innovation awards, and exchanges that connect hospitality professionals with producers worldwide.

Here in Portland, we have an exciting local twist: Aviation Gin is supporting Slow Food Portland directly during Negroni Week!

• Tour proceeds from the distillery during Negroni Week (Sept 22-28) will benefit our chapter.

• Special Negroni flights throughout the week and select merchandise sales will also go toward our work.

• To top it off, Aviation Gin is hosting a Negroni Week Party on Sunday, September 28, from 3–6 PM with light bites and cocktails. 

We’re grateful to Aviation Gin for helping us bring the global spirit of Negroni Week home to Portland, building community and supporting the vision of a food and beverage system that is good, clean, and fair for all.
